Generally we will not increase our professional fees unless the matter becomes complicated and if this is the case you will be advised beforehand.
NOTE: Transfer Duty discounts for living in homes only apply if you take up permanent residence immediately after settlement or within 12 months after settlement if you have a good reason not to move in immediately.
You must not have previously owned a house anywhere in the world to qualify for the first home owner's Transfer Duty discount. This is different from the Federal Government's First Home Owner's Scheme which applies if you have not previously owned a home in Australia.
