Our community sessions give local families an opportunity to discuss these uncertainties with Cathy and better understand what they may need to consider before decisions become urgent.
What to expect from the Wills and Estates information session
Cathy will discuss Wills and estate planning in clear, practical language. Alongside the information presented, there will be an opportunity to raise the questions that matter to you.
You may want to ask:
- What can a Will help clarify?
- What is an Enduring Power of Attorney for?
- What should I consider when reviewing my existing estate planning arrangements?
- Where should I start if I have been putting these decisions off?
You may be starting from scratch or revisiting documents prepared years ago. Either way, the session provides a place to explore what you are unsure about and gain a clearer understanding of your options.
